The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with T-Beauty Srl for Infinity Cosmetics, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, infinitycosmetics.it reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense. We will check the quality of the product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.
RETURN CONDITIONS
On infinitycosmetics.it you can request a return completely independently. Follow the instructions below:

4 - Choose which products to return and indicate the reason for each product.
The request will be taken care of by our operators. You will receive an email with instructions for returning the item.
*The return is the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made to the same payment method used, from the moment the goods return to our logistics center.

Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer. Remember that the responsibility for the return is borne by the customer until the package reaches our office, which is why we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping system. Please note: we remind you that extra-European shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer will be responsible for paying this sum. Please contact your local customs for further information. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Buyer in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale is required to refund the sums paid by the customer.
In particular, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale will proceed free of charge with the transmission of the credit order, relating to the cost of the goods shipped, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the return, via the initial payment method. In case of cash on delivery, the Consumer expressly accepts that the refund will take place with an Online Voucher or, in the event that T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale is in possession of the customer's bank details, by bank transfer.
In the event that, in agreement with the Buyer, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale has collected the returned goods, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale has the right to reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above, as well as products returned in conditions other than those specified above or for which the shipping costs have not been fully paid by the Buyer. return, or the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent in, neatly packaged and with the returns tag still attached.
- Returned items must not have been opened or used.
- Items must be returned with all original labels, wrapping and other accessories received in the package.
It is possible to request the replacement of a product by first making the return in the manner indicated above, i.e. with a shipment paid by the Buyer or by requesting a collection organized by T-Beauty SRL which will charge the costs, paid via PayPal or cash on delivery to the receipt of the replacement good. Once the return is successful, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale will ship the requested replacement product without charging additional transport costs.
T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale reserves the right to apply a different rate depending on the place from which to collect the product(s) in question.
